I recently visited Charles & Keith and was really impressed with how Adam handled his customers. As a loyal customer who owns many of charles and keith bags with different designs, I appreciated that instead of just trying to make a sale, he took the time to recommend the best and latest designs based on my needs. His explanation made the shopping experience very pleasant. Adam leaves a great impression, and the company should definitely keep him as he’s a real asset. Avoid the heels which are poor quality. My (skinny) relative bought a pair of the Emmy pointed stiletto pumps and the heel broke within an hour. Took it back to store but no refund as they had been worn. As their shoes are low quality anyway we would not have expected them to last long but they should at least survive a day. A refund is reasonable since they did not serve their purpose.

I had bought 1 bag with original price at Nex $99, the price is not cheap, after 3 months the bags was spoiled , i bring there for them to repair, they kept 2 weeks and returned back to me only 1 sencense : Sorry we can not repair this, made me disappointed, i think better should not to buy the expensive bag and also never buy this brand again.
