Item sold to me was defective! A brand new wallet but the metal hardware is all rusty! I have to make a trip down for return! As the item is online exclusive, they are asking me to make another trip down for collection as they can’t “overwrite” system to get it shipped to me directly. Then why can’t you ship the item to the store first before asking me to go and return? Are customer a joke to you?

It was quite a funny experience. The staff went from nice and polite to not very nice the to polite then to not very nice again. Haha. I felt intimidated shopping there. I think they are on guard in case of a difficult customer. In case of a difficult customer perhaps they could be trained to handle that? I wanted to buy a bag as well but decided I will go to another CNK outlet to purchase instead.

Very bad, dishonest and unprofessional staff at NEX store. I have reserved a New piece of bag (in stock 5 new pieces left) but yet they gave the new pieces to other customers and reserved for me the display piece. This is very disappointing. These incompetent staff at NEX really tarnishing Charles & Keith brand. They should to be fired. I believe this is not the first incident happen to other customers as well at NEX store. If I wanted a display bag I would have purchased it at Vivocity or Tampines as they also have the display piece. The Management should into this seriously.

very bad experience at this outlet. manager recommended the wrong size and didn’t allow me for an exchange the next day. will never buy any charles and keith products from this experience onwards.
