Above average hotpot, not sure what’s the fuss about this restaurant or Hai Di Lao for that matter. Service is okay, coconut soup broth is a little more unique but my family members found the broth too sweet but it’s okay for me. Ingredients are fresh enough and that’s about it, actually I would rather have my fix at Coca or the less pricey Paradise Hotpot as I like their Teochew broth. The thing I enjoyed most was the calamansi ice they served at the end of our meal 🤣.

Not sure if the service rendered is based on how much each table order because after the first time the staff scooped the residues and at the same time scooping the wolf berries out of the soup once, the other times were done by ourselves. We had to request for extra wolfberry to be added back to the soup. The whole dinner just seems rushed and we felt unwanted. the table of 4 that included 2 young girls just got all the services and the couple at the other side also had more attended services. Even the dessert served was left on the counter for quite some time before it was given to us, so as expected it has already melted when we got it and the manager that served us just poured it in the glasses so harshly. They ought to put up a sign that they don’t served customers that order only barely $110. First time got served in a way that is so unwelcoming. It just make the whole dinner taste terrible with the service rendered.

Came as a family of 3 with a 5-year old. Two soup bases. Tomato corn, and spicy pork bone. Both super good! Aus beef was great. Ring ring roll and cold tofu were super. Sorbet and ice cream at the end of the meal kept my kid happy. Service very friendly and prompt. Overall great experience.

Had a nice experience here. Always love beauty in the pot for their soups. Honourable mention to the limited dumpling soup, which was filled with conpoy, mushrooms and crab meat, also with a hint of Chinese wine. Store was a bit warm and the staff got us a nice mini fan! Excellent service.

Have always preferred Beauty In the pot over other hotpot restaurants. Ingredients are always fresh and not overly priced. Tip top service and staff are very on the ball! Comfortable and clean environment to dine in. Best of all they have free corkage! Def highly recc!

I've always come here for lunch and dinner, because the service, food and atmosphere is just perfect! And the new soup base is so interesting and delicious! It's a dumpling soup with a huuuuuge dumpling with loads of goodness in it! Scallops, mushrooms, fish maws and more! I mean it's really really good! I'd recommend it any time! ❤️🫰👍💓

The waiter's name, Kiat, was very impressive to me. His English was good and he provided excellent service. Keep up the good work. Crispy Pork Neck Strips were so much better than Hai Di Lao.

A very pleasant dining experience. The new seafood dumpling soup broth was nice and filled with ingredients. Enjoyed the calamansi shaved ice served at the end of the meal, it was refreshing and welcoming dessert to end the meal.

The freshness of the ingredients is top notch; nevertheless, the soup base is the star. We got the collagen soup base and it was thick, creamy, and flavourful.
The pork collar meat (forgot to take photos) are fresh and good too.
Service is good, but HDL set my expectations super high so I find BITP service a bit underwhelming. But this is really if I have to nitpick.
Price is definitely on the high end and taken as an indulgence on special occasions.
Will be back again, but only on rare occasions!
