The waiting time stated on the site before you place any order is way off the estimate. Maybe cater in an extra 20min waiting time if you plan to pick up food from this outlet. The least they could do is stop over-promising and under-delivering.

XO fried rice barely had any taste, needless to say XO taste. Counter staff was busy but friendly too so kudos to her.

Chicken is significantly lesser at this outlet, in fact, the amount of chicken is terribly measly compared to other branches. Only 3 small pieces and tiny bits of skin in the whole box.

Most of the staff there is bloody rude, make people wait even though the order has been cooked. What the use or ordering to website if you still have to wait long? I ordered prawn egg fried rice and the prawn tasted terrible.....very dry and not fresh at all and also the prawn is so tiny....

The waiting time is really pretty inaccurate. The estimated time told was 30 mins but it went close to an hour eventually.

Went there a tad bit too early. Wanted to ask if the staff on site was accepting orders but before I could even ask anything, the very "pleasant" looking "well mannered" staff told me in a very "polite" tone, we not open while looking on the floor. I am amazed to learn that I have an innate ability to project my face onto the floor. Ability unlocked! Thanks WOK HEY for a good experience in the morning. Your fried rice is definitely the GOAT but seems that your staff brings service standards to the next level!

I’ve always been a fan of Wok Hey and I love the convenience of the pick-up option. The seasonal specials are always a hit and my fav so far is the laksa one. Today I encountered a missing add-on in my order and I thought to just drop a dm to them on ig, not expecting much. But the customer service responded so promptly (within 5 min!!). They also followed up with a clear resolution. 10/10 recommend!

I've not personally purchased from the stall at Nex but via Food Panda instead. Each time, it never fails to delight. Orders are always correct and rice was always devoured within minutes by my kids. They loved the CNY boxes so much that they wanted me to wash and reuse the boxes. Wok Hey learnt of this and reached out to me, offering to send me new CNY boxes as souvenirs, much to the delight of my kids. Simple customer service that puts a big smile on customer's faces.

I accidentally placed my food order on the wrong outlet on their website . The staff there were very helpful, guiding me on what to do since I had already paid and received my food at the wrong outlet. Their customer service was excellent—patient, supportive, and overall great. I'll definitely remember to double-check where I'm ordering next time! I really like Wokhey, and despite the busyness, my food arrived quickly.

I had the pleasure of dining at Wok Hey, and it was an incredible experience from start to finish. The menu offered a fantastic variety of dishes, all cooked to perfection with fresh ingredients. I recently tried the combination of their egg fried rice with seasoned prawn , shitake mushroom , SOUS VIDE EGG and lastly grilled chicken and it was the BEST COMBINATION I ever had ! The stickiness of the sous vide egg with the texture of the chicken and chicken and the crunch of the prawn ! each bite was a burst of flavor, with perfectly balanced spices . The chili is also a BOMB to the meal ! I really love their chili So it’s a MUST . The portion size was generous, ensuring I left with a satisfied appetite and always get so full after this meal 😝 What stood out most was the speed and efficiency of the service. Despite the bustling atmosphere, my order was prepared and served promptly without compromising on quality. The open kitchen concept allowed me to watch the chefs in action, adding an exciting and dynamic element to the dining experience. Overall, my experience at Wok Hey was outstanding. Makes it a must-visit for anyone who loves good food. I’m a FAN of wok hey and I’ll be eating it whenever I can 🫶 I LOVE YOU WOKHEY 😛
