Their claw machines have a prize gurantee (set by the staff, not the machine) as long as you play consecutively, and their prizes are legitimate imports from Japan. However their setups make it such that at times it feels like I'm just 'buying' the toys... Still cheaper than buying it online though.
The staff tend to be unfriendly and they only accept cash, so be prepared. It's also more expensive than their sister arcade at Kinex due to their lack of promo.

Do not go to this outlet! The staffs are very rude and they even have a rules that ‘ no age below 16’ is not allowed during weekdays and people and staffs there shouted at me saying that ‘no age below 16 is allow but my children age are just 4 years old & 18 months . I understand that for primary school kids is not allowed but my kids are just toddlers also doesn’t allow? My kids are so disappointed and the staffs and an auntie there just shake their head.

Please do not go to this arcade. Super rude staff and super shady place. Left my card there for 1 sec and the next thing I know, someone stole it. I have requested the staff to check the CCTV to see and he didn’t show no empathy to offer help. He did not even ask when did the incident took place and told us off that it is not their responsibility that the card was stolen. He even shoved the card in our face to show the back of the cards with the terms and condition. My card was brand new just bought and the guy couldn’t even give us some empathy to help us, he didn’t even look at us in the eye or asked us questions to further investigate. He just walked off halfway while checking CCTV.
To the bald tall man working there, I hope you will have your karma soon. One day you will lose something valuable to you and you will know how it feels like to be in our position.
I also hope that at least someone would get back to us on this. I lost all my money in the card.

Theres a ping pong claw machines where u have to drop the balls into the correct position to win a prize, u can have multiple balls to redeem a better prize, 1 ball gets u 1 pokemon tin(prismatic evolutions) , 2 ball gets u 4 pokemon tins of another set, after getting a ball in, the staff told me he would clear the board with the ping pong balls, i confirmed with the staff if i would get 4 of the pokemon tins (prismatic evolution) while i was pointing right at the tin (he was about to take the photo of the ping pong board with that 1 tin placed there so there was no misconception because i was clearly pointing at that tin) after wasting a lot of tries, i got a second ping pong ball there then he said the 4 tins is referring to another set (which is worth like half of the first tin) i argued with him a bit and in the end he just threatening me if i want the prize or not. Its $5 per try btw, wasted $200 just to get scammed by the staff

The claw machine does not move back to the original position after it caught hold of the floragato plush.
You can't win plush from them but you can get it after spending a number of tries on it.

Really really bad people as they rig the machines and if your wearing your school uniform they do not let you in the arcade as they think you are going to loiter I was just wanting to enter to get myself a item and they do not allow me like it’s a crime really bad arcade

The card can be purchased at the counter for $1 and top up at the machines. Cash payment only.
The staff was friendly and helped to exchange the plush that I wanted after catching the model plush.

Nice arcade place for some fun thrill and excitement experienced with your family or friends to enjoy your day.The place is big and spacious and there are lots of claw machines and other arcade games.Tried the claw machines and feel that with some skills and luck anyone can managed to catch the plushy as i've won few of those too.The plushy is original with tag and of good material.They are all so cutes! Its worth of trying all the games here to de-stress and have a good fun time here.

Plenty of rhythm games to choose from e.g. Gitadora, Maimai, Taiko, Chunithm, Dancerush, DDR to name a few. Prices there are a lot cheaper compared to timezone as well

Review edited after layout reconfiguration
The outlet has 10 maimai cabs and on Saturdays & Eve of Public Holidays the arcade stays open till 1am (Pls take note of crowd levels during certain times of the day).
with the reconfiguration of layout of maimai cabs, passing through other people can be a challenge in some cases. The ventilation at the maimai area isn’t great as it used to be after the reconfig. Make sure to bring a portable fan and a towel since it’s now easier to sweat.
