The diverse selection reflects global sourcing from Malaysia, Indonesia, China, India, Philippines, UK, USA, and Middle East suppliers plus locally sourced Singapore products.
Valu$ NEX's success stems from its commitment to making quality products accessible through competitive pricing strategies that benefit from direct manufacturer relationships and efficient supply chain management. I purchased this Korean waffle biscuit on May 17, 2025, without checking the expiry date. I gave it to my mother on May 19, 2025, only to find out that it had already expired on May 18, 2025. It’s extremely concerning that such a short shelf-life product—barely 1 to 2 days—is being made available for sale. This isn’t just a matter of a few weeks, but a matter of days, which poses a risk to consumers who may unknowingly consume expired food. This needs to be addressed to ensure customer safety and trust.

Poor quality product and with a no return policy I can’t exchanged them. Bought strip of button batteries, with no charge in them, all go to waste.

Had a horrible experience here. Cashier asked if we needed a bag and my mom said yes while I said no, then we decided that we didn't need the bag. Cashier then mumbled to her colleague next to her something around the lines of '10 cents only need to think so much' ??? Firstly it's not about the amount? Isn't the point of charging for plastic bags to be more ecofriendly? Secondly please leave your unnecessary and rude comments for after the customer leaves, not in front of them 😃👍🏻

Recently visited one of the outlet at Chai Chee to buy sanitary pad for my wife, the price indicated on the shelf is $2.05, paid and walk a few steps to the opposite store to buy some tools, to my surprise the shop also sells the same sanitary pad but with much lower price of $1.50. Bought one pack and showed to the Value$ shop male cashier and try to ask him about the difference in prices, he looked at the price tag and say something in chinese which i said i don't understand him and try to ask him again, this time he just shrugged his shoulder and said " i no speak english". Not sure its true or he just pretending. Anyway I will be more careful the next time and not too trusting when some claim their price are cheaper. Best regards Ismail B

There has been a change of operator since October 2023. Most items added an increase 30%. The current service team nothing more than a bunch of non-descript… rude! Zero star rating 👎 …

Valu$ outlets are known for their wide selection of cheap, parallel imports. Some of the best buys from this shop include: 1) Food: Digestives at $1 (the ones that NTUC and other places sell at $3/$4), canned sardines and tuna, Vietnamese coffee, Rebisco biscuits ($1), Barillio spaghetti and etc. 2) Kitchen ware: Ziplock bags (a bit thin though), air-tight plastic canisters and boxes (from $1 onwards, depending on size), dishwashing liquid ($1 onwards), microfibre clothes, sponges and scourers, disposable containers 3) Laundry ware: Foldable clothes basket ($1.5), clothing hangers 4) Toilet ware: Tissue paper packs/boxes, toilet rolls 5) Personal effects and stationery: Cotton underwear, disposable shavers, notebooks, tape Do check this place out for a steal on many things sold at higher prices elsewhere.

As in the other outlets, the range of products is fairly wide and are perpetually CHEAP!

Cramped discount store that has a lot of big brand names at much cheaper prices than the usual local supermarkets. No fresh products obviously but decent choice of groceries, detergents and household items (and lots of chocolates!)
