Extremely busy outlet given it's proximity to the surrounding Serangoon estate. Take a queue number and prepare to wait an hour or more.
Service was great though, I was helped by Ms Mabel for counter services and it was a smooth banking experience.

I am extremely angry and disappointed with UOB. The last time I visited, they insisted I bring my passport, so I went back home just to get it. This time, I came fully prepared with my passport, my LTVP card, and a DBS bank statement. Then they told me I needed to show a QR code for verification. I tried to look for it as they asked, and confirmed with ICA that no such code was issued to me — especially since this is already my third time receiving the LTVP card.
I asked for assistance, and to my shock, they didn’t even know where to find the QR code or whether it was sent at all — they weren’t even sure if it's only sent out for first-time cardholders. After wasting more than an hour, I had no choice but to leave with absolutely nothing resolved.
This experience was a complete waste of time. I’ve opened accounts at other banks without facing any of this nonsense. UOB is unnecessarily complicated, unhelpful, and clearly untrained in handling straightforward procedures. I will absolutely never use UOB again, and neither will my family.

Good hospitality and service served by Maple Tay to perform my new account opening due to scam incidents happen on 24.7.25. A very warm and helpful staff , many thank to her for helping me.

Josephine was such a nice assistant!! Not only did she help me with the opening of my account, she even extended her help by offering ongoing promotions that was applicable in my case. Also, this is an honourable mention to her because she actually remembered my name on the next day when i came down to the branch again.
Now that is what i call taking an extra step for caring for her customers!!

1400- get Q number for account opening... literally 1 guy in front of me.
Counter 6/7 MIA after 1400, asked all the stuff around for assistance no one can help till I frustrated then miss chua stepped in to help me to settle my case
there was actually people at counter 6/7 at first
-only noticed counter 6/7 is empty after 30mins of waiting.
so horrible service by this uob branch
just looking at the amount of people 'waiting' determines the 'speed' of the service
luckily for miss chua wan ting's aid over the 'Quick serve' counter at the front have been settled in just 20mins.
waited close to 1hr30mins to get a 20mins job done. (will be longer if never notice roomy/7 empty)
