Very angry over this outlet at Nex. Bought a curry chicken set with add extra chicken wings. But, went home and saw only 2pcs of that chicken wings. This is too much. It’s boycott!! Want to call their outlet, number cannot be reach. What is this. I want a compensate!! And the worse is the chicken had a smell too. Had no choice got to eat it as paid. Very disappointed please look into this matter seriously for the boss that in charge this outlet, are you waking up?

Pathetic butter & peanut butter servings on bread and cleanliness is a perennial issue across outlets observed. Sticky stained tables and slow clearance of tables. Wet wipes is a must. I only visit when Yakun is too crowded.

So.. in the past, I did mention that the service from counter staff at this outlet is very good. Unfortunately, today, I was left with an extremely bad experience. I applaud male Indian staff’s ability to be able to speak mandarin fluently. But, whilst taking my order, he made me feel that I am stupid and not able to place my order the way that HE wants it. Honestly, Chinese male staff present did brilliantly in the past when taking my order. To me, it does not matter what race the staff member is from. But service rendered today is not good. And I was being nice in the first place…

Toast box at nex is part of a larger breadtalk complex that includes breadtalk, icing room, and so ramen (yup the name is 'so ramen') at the back. As far as toast boxes go, this is a slightly larger branch with more seating to accommodate the larger crowd. During peak hours it felt like there was always a seat after I placed an order. However, the seating arrangement was a little weird with everyone forced to face one direction (like a primary school classroom) due to table distancing rules. It was a bit hard to have a conversation as your party of 2 won't be seated face to face. It's also a bit noisy and due to the crowd there is pressure to leave quickly (albeit no one is forcing you to leave explicitly). All in all its a place I wouldn't see myself going too often but it's nice to have it around as an option. If you liked this review please hit like so that more people will see it.

It tastes as it looks… not appetising at all… I feel market’s Mee siam taste much better.. I have been craving for Mee siam, but this is really disappointing… doesn’t taste like Mee siam at all… so sad…

Coffee is always nice here . When my friend eats toast n eggs, she will use e sauce n pepper. We happen to see that e sauces n pepper are kept near e dirty cutlery /bowls/ plates. This is a big store, why is it no suitable corner/area to place these condiments? Or at least place them on e tables ( at random tables which customers can shift them ). Hope to see a more clean n hygienic dining place in future . Thanks

Enjoying a cup of kopi si at Toast Box @ NEX Mall is always a delightful experience. This is one of the larger Toast Box outlets, with a spacious and comfortable seating area. Its convenient location inside the shopping mall makes it an easy stop whenever we're in the vicinity. The kopi is full-bodied, and their kaya peanut toast is a must-try!

Well I loved it. Egg and tuna sandwich was too good. Must try Nice coffee. Good fast service Peanut butter thick toast was good, but not something which one might not have eaten at home (apart from thick toast) Prices are reasonable and staff is good too. Go try. They have lot of branches so search for the one near you

Food is quite decent. The laksa comes with a lot of toppings and ingredients are quite fresh. Only bad thing about the laksa is that it inly comes in bee tai mak. Would like it more if they can do thick bee hoon. Spiciness is just nice. The roll cake was a bit disappointing… tastes a little stale and too sweet. It looks chewy and fluffy thats why i bought it :( Low rating on the atmosphere because the aircon broke down or smth it was very very warm and stuffy. The moment we stepped outside toast box it was instant relief.

In terms of chain outlet, I would prefer toast box In Nex outlet which I frequent, it’s true that place can be warm in the morning when it’s crowded There is always a queue even on weekdays but somehow you can find a seat after your order. Toast set at $6.2 which is more than what you pay in coffeeshop is decent

Service was fast and good. But hot there, no Aircon. Not enough ceiling fans. Dress down if you are heading there will do. Coffee is okay. Ham & cheese sandwich is nice 😊
