Terrible luggages. Broke on the first time we used it, inconvenienced our entire trip, and still they insist we go to some industrial hidden location to get it repaired, which cost more time and money to get to and from. DO NOT BUY. Go to more reputable sources.

Friendly sales personnel; unfortunately extremely disappointing product quality. Eminent kk50 28" - first flight, black stains on luggage surface and this was the only 1 out of 4 bags affected; second flight, huge corner dent + crack through polycarbonate and this was the only 1 of 3 bags affected; survived a third flight; fourth flight, the zipper pull tabs cleanly sheared off from integrated luggage lock. This is not built for any travel.

I visited the NEX branch while I was in the area, as I was traveling soon. To my dismay, while I was examining the zipperless luggage in the store and opening and closing the clasps no more than five times consecutively, one of the retail assistants, who was speaking to her friend on the side, suddenly approached me and shooed me away from the luggage with a condescending "Excuse me." She then checked if I had damaged it before promptly returning to her conversation with her friend. I was left bewildered and obviously annoyed by what had happened. It was definitely an experience I would not want to have again, and I would happily take my business elsewhere. Never knew luggages were so delicate.

Had great experience buying my luggage at The Travel Store Mitsui Outlet , Malaysia.Both SA, Syakirah and Pepo were very helpful and super frenly! will come again next time!
