Very interesting one stop home retailer space.The big spacious store is full of trendy and beautiful home products.The trendy plushies are of good quality and affordable price.Good choices for gifts.But i can see that some of the beauty kit accessories are quite pricey.The wide selections of stationary are very cute and it comes with value pack price.The mickey mouse and unicorn teapot set is very beautiful and unique. A nice and neat place with products so well organized and displayed.

Collab with TGCF, Link Click and Genshin. I'm so glad to have found this place as TGCF and Link Click merchandise are really hard to come by. Amazing quality, located at the front of the 4th floor so it's easy to find.

Very well stocked and the staff members are most helpful. Personal fav is the diffuser....the light purple coloured one...string enough the fill the whole room even without the aircon.

They sell a large variety of things here, from TGCF merch, Genshin merch, Link Click merch, hair accessories, plushies and bags to decorations. Love coming here every time I go to NEX. I think they change the stuff every month?

Sucks, because I just bought a portable fan and it cannot even work. Staff did not even bother to check. Lousy service.

Very weird experiences with the Malay lady cashier. Because i bought more than 10 items, she asked to calculate the quantity again. But isn't that your job! And previously I bought a lot at other outlets, but didn't experience this type of unprofessional customer service. Maybe should make automated cashiers all around SG, so we customers will do it ourselves! The staff can speed up on unpacking the new stocks!

The young staff at counter is very rude. When I was trying to ask if the teddy bear has a bigger size, she simply huh very loudly instead of asking me to repeat if she didn't hear clearly. Then, it's the other mature staff at handle my question politely. Did green party train their staff for customer service. Mgt team pls look into it.

Went there to get some gifts. Lady store assistant was very helpful and friendly. She also helped to wrap up the gifts. Thks

Many good stuff around, quite suitable for stationary hauls/finding quality stuff like plush toys and miscellaneous accessories. Staff attitude is a big concern here. Cashiers just work mindlessly or ignore you, and some staff are also rude (like being forced 2 work). Overall experience is good if you ignore the staff attitudes.

One star is solely for the attitude of old lady staff. We were trying out the hairbands and she suddenly came to tell us to put back after trying. Her tone and attitude is rather rude and it's not a pleasant experience to get told to put things back while we are still trying out. If it is the store policy, they should have written in notes. In the end, I changed my mind and left the store eventhough I found the hairband I really liked. I wonder how many potential customers have left the store due to the staff's attitude, and if hiring such individual is helping the store business or not.
