Shop has lots of cute stuff but service was terrible. I was at the cashier ready to pay, one of the staff just totally ignore me. I could have just walk away!! A while later, a staff attended to me. Service and attitude was just as bad! Cute stuff but not so cute employees!

Customer service is poor. Had a generally unpleasant experience as some of the employees had impatient and rude attitudes; while I understand that they are busy, they could stand to be much nicer. Some of the products are in poor condition, with no replacement stocks available. Quite disappointed as I do like some of the store's goods.

Am very happy with the stuff name Jing Xuan and valent their attitude was totally very good and well serving and I believe they really deserve. Good service award

I went to this shop and I was looking at the hourglasses. One of the hourglasses wasn’t properly placed and it drop onto the floor. The lady in charge of the store immediately came and accused me of breaking the hourglass. I wasn’t holding the hourglass as I was holding my bag in one hand and my bubble tea in the other. Hence I couldnt have been holding the hourglass. She forced me to pay for the hourglass, saying that I broke it as there was a dent in the corner. I found an identical hourglass and found a dent on that hourglass too. This means that both hourglasses (that are identical) have a dent on each of them. Thus this is not my fault but the manufacturers. So please understand that u cannot accuse your customers of ‘breaking’ stuff that wasn’t broken by them at all.

Today I just get the diffusers from this shop at NEx serangoon . The staff seems like not interest to serve me ... and the attitude seems so annoying . Nevertheless I buy the diffusers from this shop . Knowing I carrying so many things n never offer me a bag . I dun mind paying 20 cents or 30cents for a bag .. but I tell her she walked away . I been talking very nicely to this old lady staff .. from starting to end . Haizzz .. sad to have these type of staff .
