I sent my suit here for dry cleaning and was really impressed with the service. The staff were professional, friendly and took great care in handling the garment. My suit came back spotless, well-pressed and looking brand new. The turnaround time was quick and the price was very reasonable. Pricing is similar to other places. Dry cleaning of a men’s suit costs $16. Quality is good and turn around in only 3 days.

First, our order for item clean up was not done during collection day/ time. Second, we went to collect another day and the shop is still closed at 11am even they indicate open daily from 9am to 9pm. Lastly, washed item was not even packed in a bag and I can still see dirt on the item. I doubt if cleaning was properly done and definitely will not engage their service again. Wasting time and money. The urgent contact provided at the notice board also not contactable. What a joke.
Advise the shop to improve their overall service. Counter service is friendly but not the cleaning or the overall management.

Dropped off stroller in the morning and picked up a clean one after work. It’s the first time I got it professionally cleaned so there were some really tough stains, but it was a good job otherwise. Affordable too!

Terrible customer experience. Wasted my time coming down to collect my item but there was no one at the booth from 9:14 am till 9:50 am. Doesn’t answer any of my calls or WhatsApp messages. Will not come back again if they cannot even respect their customer’s time.
Company finally responded and said their opening time is 11 am to 9 pm which is ridiculous because the WhatsApp message to collect my order indicated 9 am to 9 pm, Google indicate their opening timing is 9 am to 9 pm, and worst, their website puts 8 am to 9 pm. Inconsistent opening hours. Engage at your own risk. Should have checked their lowest reviews on Google and Facebook first before wasting my time engaging their service.
