I had a disappointing experience with Lego staff member Zubaidah. Her attitude was unhelpful and disrespectful throughout my visit. It's unfortunate that such behavior can tarnish the reputation of an otherwise great brand. I hope everything turns out favourably for her regardlessly.

Friendly LEGO staffs @ Nex Store! They will attend to customer needs/ recommend suitable Lego theme. They are not pushy sales staff, can shop with a breeze!

Simplified, children went in to the store. Retail staff say, you are not allow to play with the minifigure, price is 14.9 before you can play. Totally Unprofessional & Rude. LEGO please train up your worker.

Worst outlet I've been to. The staff was unfriendly and very rude!!!! Would totally not recommend! The staff didnt allow us to enter the store just because we were holding a drink. We did not even drink a single sip!

Not a shop that I would support since they ate not allowing us to check codes before we buy the mini fig blind boxes.
