We were finding a certain lego set and asked the staff if they had it but they were being very rude and sarcastic and refuse to help us instead they ask for our school and assumed that we were being disrespectful and still did not help us and chased us out of the shop and they also roll eyes at us. Also when asked for the lego set they said what do u think we are a lego shop but we were just trying to find the lego and they should not be so disrespectful towards people younger than them and their names are Melissa and malay woman and she was slacking off using her phone and not helping the costumers

Maznee (from the Brick Shop @ Nex) did incorrect cashiering which caused me to lose my membership loyalty points. Was informed by the store that they could not rectify the issue and I have to email their customer service. Did what i was told, after a few weeks, still no action taken. Horrible service.

I had a disappointing experience with Lego staff member Zubaidah. Her attitude was unhelpful and disrespectful throughout my visit. It's unfortunate that such behavior can tarnish the reputation of an otherwise great brand. I hope everything turns out favourably for her regardlessly.

Worst outlet I've been to. The staff was unfriendly and very rude!!!! Would totally not recommend! The staff didnt allow us to enter the store just because we were holding a drink. We did not even drink a single sip!

Best lego store in Singapore.
My 14yo has visited this store on his own several times and always had great experience as the staffs were friendly and helpful. We've been purchasing legos for more than a decade but have never signed for Lego store membership as the previous experience with other outlets wasnt anything fantastic so we prefer to shop at toysrus. We were so impressed with the consistent genuine service from the staffs of this store that we decided to get the membership from them.
Officially our favorite lego store and only place we'll get our legos from!

I want to give it 1 star for making me spend so much here. My kids think that LEGO is too fun and want to buy everything here. Made me spend $400. The coding robot is a tempting toy that can help to build up technical and logic skills. The pets day care set is great for play pretend and imagination skills. I wish I did not even set foot into LEGO.

Lego is both a nostalgic and adventurous place for me (and my kiddos now). It's gone from basic stuff to cool stuff like Harry Potter, star wars and so much more.
Kids will bug me to stay there for some time which I usually give in cos it's just such a nice place and space to play and create
