First time buying their shoes, i must say it's the comfiest pair of shoes I've ever had. I love that it's a homegrown brand and there's thought and technology going behind the design and material of the shoes. Customer service was excellent, you could tell the big dude was passionate about the shoes, and i had a great chat with him. Now I'm thinking of getting another pair!

Just bought 2 pairs of shoes from Nex outlet. Jason has been most helpful. He was able to provide good information and one can see he tries his best to serve his customers. Happy to be served by him. This is our 2nd pair of Sunny Steps. They are comfortable and make good walking shoes.

Bought my second pair of shoes from Jason at Nex outlet today. He was v helpful giving me advice on the type of shoes and soles for the comfort of my flat feet! Also apprised me on points that we can get as members and that we can exchange them for gifts. V happy to be served by him.

I went to your Nex outlet to look for a pair of comfy shoes. As the first model proposed was comfortable, i asked if i could have that in another colour. We were served by a older man and a young man. Neither knew the difference in the models and took forever to answer us. It was a whole incomplete explanation of different models and when we asked the difference, they told us they didn't know. Fine. I asked if i can have the same model but in Nude colour, both said they don't have it after 3 rounds of indistinguishable explanation. Then i asked which other outlets have stock then? The older man insisted it didn't matter because manufacturer gave the same number to every store. My mom tried to help and pointed out that every store may not have the same sales, so can we know which store has it? This is when EVERYTHING WENT DOWNHILL. The older man was VERY RUDE and insisted its the same with every store. When my mom asked if there is a way to check inventory, the older man said very dismissively and rudely, "Aiya, you don't know one". Please, its not as though none of us has not worked in retail before, we had. And to behave this way just because your staff is unable to answer the questions and frustrated, this is unacceptable. I refused to buy the shoes but FINALLY, they bothered to check and told us that Bugis store had 1 pair. I asked for pictures because your staff seemed unclear of what we want, then when shown, it was the wrong model. Thankfully this time round, they apologised gracefully and it was all good. I would suggest training your staff to be competent in their product knowledge and to have basic service standards, because it would be a pity that other customers (like me) are turned off from buying your product when we are all ready to close the sale. It was a very unpleasant, confusing, rude experience for me and my poor mom.
