0 stars for service. The female staff, Afiqah, displayed atrociously poor attitude when serving my order. I had to ask for extra veggies several times - that's how little veggies she gave for my salad. All the while she gave a black face. If Subway understands that customer satisfaction directly impacts their business success, then maybe we can see them buck up on hiring decent staff instead of rude, entitled ones. This is not the first time I've encountered unbelievably poor service at Subway.

I've been a long-time customer at this Subway outlet at NEX, consistently purchasing my dinner sandwiches here for years. I truly appreciate the hard work and dedication of all the staff members. While some might not always have a smile, I believe they are genuinely focused on serving each customer's unique order correctly and efficiently, which can be a challenging task given the variety of ingredients. It's not an easy job, especially standing for long hours, and I commend them for their effort. The staff here truly use their heart, eyes, hands, and legs to serve us. Regarding the specific comment about Afiqah, I believe sometimes initial impressions can be like a weather forecast – it might predict rain, but then the sun comes out. Our characters, like the weather, can vary. I hope customers can understand that everyone has their moments, and overall, the team at Subway NEX does a commendable job. Thank you to all the staff, especially the new trainers and those like Afiqah, for their continued service!

Went down to the outlet with my bf. He ordered his meal and the lady server named Dewi was asking me what about you? I raised my hand signalling her to wait. Lady here gave me a side eye. Attitude was more sour than the pickle u guys serve. Mood and day being ruined. Ended up not ordering a proper meal thanks to Dewi. I understand ppl have bad days and if you’re working front line this shouldn’t be the attitude. I also see that this is probably the reason why it’s lunch time yet there’s no crowd here.

Fast and efficient service at subway nex . However should encourage the staff to give larger serving of ingredients as it felt like he was very unwilling to give more slices of carrots / beetroots especially when people buy footlong and prefer larger serving of ingredients to go with the bread 🙏🙏

Well its a Subway, pretty standard. BUT, it was amazing how diligent and dedicated the workers are to making a simple sandwich! Although they are understaffed, but both worked in great teamwork and helped each other to carefully make each piece of sandwich despite the queues and pressure. Massive shoutout to the great service of Afiqah (just a trainee) and Su liang!! I hope the managers are acknowledges their great work here.

Ultimate combo? More like ultimate sadness 😂Look at the amount of fries they gave. Laughable at best. They gave more ketchup then fries. I ask "is that all the fries?" They promply replied me "yes correct 90g only". Overall i dont reccomend getting this combo unless you you have too much money to spend.

The staff at the counter was very nice but the aunty cleaning the place was awful. She kept chasing us away even when I haven't finished my food. She claimed there were no more seats, but there was at least 3 other empty tables. She chased us away 3 times in 5 minutes intervals. I thought it was an unpleasant experience. If the restaurant was full I would understand but there were many empty seats. I'm not sure why. So I ended up bringing my half eaten sandwich and cookie home.

I would like to compliment Ms Karen who served me. I was buying a sandwich for a friend and Ms Karen approached me. I was actually looking for the meatball one but I realised that it wasn’t on the menu. I asked Ms Karen about the chicken chorizo. She was very honest and she said she has never tried it but she got positive feedback from customers so I bought it. I loved her attitude as she is so happy, cheerful and polite. I think I heard about 20 thank yous from her for that short period of time. On top of that, the sub includes a free cookie and a drink. I asked Ms Karen to recommend the most popular cookie with customers and she did it happily. Ms Karen is a breath of fresh air! However, can I recommend that Subway allow their staff to try all the different flavours, sauces, etc so that the staff can offer another level of experience for their customers. Not very impressed with the menu selection. Hope Subway will bring back the meatballs.
