The ladies were warm, patient, and made sure my daughter felt comfortable and at ease throughout the process. They explained each step clearly and handled everything with care and professionalism. Brought my 5-year-old daughter for her first ear piercing and had a great experience at Stellar. The staff were very professional, patient, and not pushy at all. I had first helix and third earhole pierced at Stellar one week ago. The technician is very experienced and recommend the right position to pierce so that it is visible and looks align. I was afraid the helix will be painful but there is no pain at all with the numbing spray. Recovery is amazing without any swelling or puss. Highly recommend.

Brought my 3 year old girl to pierce on 12 Jan (Sunday). The 2 technicians were very patient and assuring to my daughter. They were also very clear on their explanation of the after-care process. The entire process including the recovery was totally fuss-free. I was so worried that my girl will experience pain/swelling/infection, but there was no complain about her ear at all within these 1.5 weeks. Not to mention, my girl was so proud of her earrings, showing them off to everyone. It was definitely a great experience for all of us. I would strongly recommend Stellar (NEX) to anyone.
