I had first helix and third earhole pierced at Stellar one week ago. The technician is very experienced and recommend the right position to pierce so that it is visible and looks align. I was afraid the helix will be painful but there is no pain at all with the numbing spray. Recovery is amazing without any swelling or puss. Highly recommend.

Brought my 3 year old girl to pierce on 12 Jan (Sunday). The 2 technicians were very patient and assuring to my daughter. They were also very clear on their explanation of the after-care process. The entire process including the recovery was totally fuss-free. I was so worried that my girl will experience pain/swelling/infection, but there was no complain about her ear at all within these 1.5 weeks. Not to mention, my girl was so proud of her earrings, showing them off to everyone. It was definitely a great experience for all of us. I would strongly recommend Stellar (NEX) to anyone.

The ear technicians at Nex were really friendly and experienced. We went in as walk-in and Alissa was very approachable and gentle towards us. She gave us a clear detailed of the ear procedure as well as the after care. Appreciate the smooth and gentle experience for my girl in the piercing! She was alittle fretful at the start but the ear technicians calm her really well. Thank you to Alissa and the other ear technician! Both of them were really great! :D

Last week, I took my 7-month-old baby for ear piercing at Stellar. I must say, everyone was incredibly friendly and nice. The process was very quick and professional, everything took no more than 5 minutes. My baby's ears were numbed and pierced simultaneously, on top of that she was given a certificate and a toy for being brave. It's been 7 days since we did it, and the piercing is healing beautifully, causing no trouble for the baby. We're all thrilled with the experience and will definitely return
