Hard to get seat sometimes , if staff would be proactive , they can manage the seating arrangement while requesting one who is occuping more seats than neccesary.

Amazing staff and service despite the crowd, barely felt like I had to wait for my drinks. Every single one of the baristas were helpful and dedicated with great awareness and handling of the rush hour

It's a Starbucks, and it is a Starbucks. You can be sure to get consistent tasting coffee. But if you're here for the holistic experience, you're probably better off going elsewhere. Being located in the heartlands, definitely has its tradeoffs. That's what this outlet Starbucks Serangoon NEX faces quite dramatically, especially on the weekends.

Tried shine muscat frappe, is just sweetened condensed milk with a slight grape taste and bits of grape. Really disappointing in my opinion.

Good location but too any students n key board warriors, hoarding seats, leaving real customers no seats left. A bit noisy too. Service could be faster
