Starbucks NEX

One of the lady Staff recommended this lemon shortbread and it was gooood! Thank you for brightening my day with a food recommendation like this! No hard sell or bad attitude.

Standard maintained the same as other outlets. Not a long queue for ordering and the drink was prepared very fast. Ordered the vanilla sweet cream cold brew with less sweet. A lot of Christmas items available. Such as the new drinks and the cups. Pastries and cakes are available too.

Nice to sit at the bar counter seats and chill, read a book or play some mobile games. Have been coming here for the past two days recently as I’ve missed Starbucks in Japan - post-trip depression and I’ve been back for 4 days only. Favourite and only seat are the bar counter seats as I can people-watch (see photos) The drinks are good, but can be on the sweet side. Also, have mostly only used the mobile app to order and pick up my drink hassle-free and then finding a seat as the queues can get quite long during lunch and tea times. Seats are also hard to come by when students camp here after school to study. Note: no charging point options though and comfy seats are limited to 4 pairs at this outlet.

I went down to Starbucks (Serangoon NEX) on 24 JULY (Thursday) 12:30pm~. Whoever was the cashier and drink maker (2 different ppl) during that time… I’d like to say that I’m very impressed with the customer service and etiquette of the cashier, going out of her way to give me a clear walkthrough / explanation of my purchases at the end (to make sure everything is in order) even when I don’t expect it. I’m surprised it went smoothly despite the many purchases (2 socks, 1 drink redeemed using stars, I thought she would forget about my keychain blind bag but she didn’t, and pay for all using Starbucks card) and she didn’t fold under pressure from the long queue behind me. (If it was any other branch, the process would be messy and confusing probably.) I’m also very happy with my drink (WCMF). I thought that drink makers are supposed to follow some recipe down to a T but clearly not, as I got diluted and very slushy/not fully blended frappes consistently from other branches before (like it taste almost like water and I’m clearly biting on and chewing ice bits like it’s not blended properly/fully). For this branch, It’s not diluted and texture is not that slushy, it’s actually very smooth like texture of milk which I like, and I can tell the ratio of drink and ice is not imbalanced and I would like to compliment this drink maker for not messing up my drink. It was also quick to arrive (I was honestly pressing for time and surprised it came so quick). Overall, I’m very satisfied with this experience and will frequent this branch despite it being really far from my workplace.

honestly, I love starbucks and this is no exception. I got my drink within 2 minutes of ordering and it was smooth. However, do not purchase tumblers or bottles from here as there are not many options. I bought a tumbler from here once and they took 15 minutes just to wrap it up for me.

I will like to commend the gentleman with glasses (by the name of Damien) who was the cashier for my visit today 1 Aug ard 1pm at Nex starbucks for his excellent customer service. He was warm and friendly to help me with my order, went the extra mile to help me with the key chain blind bag. It was a very pleasant experience and definitely make my day better. A gem staff and I hope starbucks will recognise his effort. 👍

🟢 Starbucks ( Nex mall ) 23 Serangoon Central, #02- K01 / 02 Singapore 556083 😅 My husband and I are not familiar with Nex mall, and we went round looking for the Starbucks cafe here on the 2nd level. ✅ ️ Got a Hot Cafe Latte + Egg Mayo Sandwich. ( ✔️ see photos) ✅️ Service was fast and efficient. The cashier guy & baristas were friendly and cheerful. ✳️The entire Starbucks cafe was still packed with many patrons at 9pm. 🟦 The cafe latte was great and the takeaway egg mayo sandwich was delicious. 🟨15th Jan 2025 9pm ( Wed night) From Flor and Huat-Huat.

Amazing staff and service despite the crowd, barely felt like I had to wait for my drinks. Every single one of the baristas were helpful and dedicated with great awareness and handling of the rush hour

Good location but too any students n key board warriors, hoarding seats, leaving real customers no seats left. A bit noisy too. Service could be faster
