Food is not bad, and service staff were friendly and prompt. I have always liked their Samsui Ginger Chicken and their boiled soup (definitely worthy of being called “Soup Restaurant”).

I recently dined at Soup Restaurant NEX and had a great experience. The Samsui Ginger Chicken is always a must-order — tender, juicy chicken paired with their signature ginger sauce, so fragrant and addictive! The soup options are also very comforting, perfect for a rainy day or when you’re craving something nourishing. Service was prompt and friendly, and the staff were attentive even during busy periods. Prices are reasonable for the quality and portion sizes. The restaurant can get quite packed during peak hours, so I recommend making a reservation or going slightly earlier.
