I like that it's convenient and effective. My face always looks and feels better after every treatment. There is also no hard selling of products.

Karen is very thorough with the cleansing steps and has very good facial massage techniques, applying pressure at all the right spots. She is also very attentive - provided a small neck pillow and made multiple adjustments for my head position when she noticed my neck was uncomfortable.
