Disappointing Experience at NEX Outlet – Rude and Unprofessional Staff I have been a regular customer of SkinGO for quite some time, visiting bi-weekly and spending over $90 per visit on multiple treatments. However, my recent visit to the NEX outlet on 15 March around 5 PM left me extremely disappointed due to the rude attitude of the staff. I had a tight schedule that day and only wanted to reshape my eyebrows instead of going through the full facial treatment. I have done this before at other outlets, and the staff there always accommodated me out of goodwill since I am a loyal customer. However, I was unaware that the NEX outlet did not allow purchasing add-on services alone. When I proceeded with the purchase, the staff immediately stopped me, which I didn’t mind at all—I appreciate that she was following company policy. However, what upset me was her rude attitude and the condescending way she explained the situation. Instead of politely informing me, she spoke harshly and made me feel as if I was trying to take advantage of the store. Since I was short on time, I decided not to proceed with the full treatment and left. As I was stepping out, I overheard her making a sarcastic comment, saying something along the lines of “Yeah, go to that outlet and let them do it for you.” Her tone was mocking and disrespectful, as if she was implying I was cheap or couldn’t afford the full service. This level of poor customer service is unacceptable. The other outlet I visit is always friendly and accommodating, which is probably why they are so busy on weekends, unlike the NEX outlet, which seemed quite empty during my visit. I strongly urge management to provide proper customer service training because no loyal customer should be treated with such disrespect and sarcasm. One bad experience like this is enough to drive customers away, and I will certainly reconsider visiting this branch in the future.
