Happened to be in the shop on Sunday, 14th Jan at 510pm. Temporary staff with blonde hair thinking I don’t understand mandarin passed remarks with her guy colleagues saying this Indian will only see and they won’t buy. Unfortunately I understand and speak Mandarin, keep your bigotry to yourself and maybe, learn how to be more civilised.

Young man with specs served me and my mom. He is approachable, friendly and knowledgable about the shoes. Happy shopping experience.

Skechers is a great brand. Very reliable. Their running shoes are made with a collaboration with Goodyear tyres. The soles should last. I hate shoes whose soles wear out fast. I am reviewing this retail outlet because I liked the retail sales associate. Very smart answers and, more importantly, willing to share pros and cons and why eunning shoes are shaped differently etc. It's very rare to find.

Bought a pair of shoe since 14 Dec 2022. Was told will be transfer from another outlet within 1 week. But no one call so I went to the store to ask. But was told will take 2-3 weeks instead of 1 week. Today I went to ask again but still says is not ready. And gave me a excuse saying actually the shoe came but was dirty so rejected and need to wait again. Do u think I will believe ? Since transfer from another outlet shouldn't it be check before send? Keep saying is your company procedure company policy company rules. I think u are breaking your company reputation by lying and cheating your customer for waiting without anyone following up despite I already went to your store for 2 time ,called no one picked up ,. In the end still wanna give me excuse and just wanna make me wait and wait and your only reply is we will call u after your shoe arrive.

The lady sales assistant is very patient to explain the $20 offer to me. And she close the deal. I am happy to walk away with a new pair of shoe plus 6 pairs of “free” socks.
