Extremely poor customer service, especially from the store manager. Refused to accept an exchange of shoes in perfectly saleable condition even though I only wore it to test the size at home. AVOID buying from them at all cost. They make it IMPOSSIBLE for you to exchange the shoes.

On the 29th of February, I purchased a pair of shoes, and two days later, I noticed the skin on the shoes was peeling off. When I returned to the store for a warranty exchange, the staffs seemed to avoid me. After some waiting and confusion among the staff, the lady, Nazirah, who initially served me on the 29th, came out and instructed me to email customer service for the exchange. Initially, I was told I could exchange the shoes within a week if any issues arose, but now I was being asked to go through the email process first. It was mentioned that similar issues had occurred with the same design of shoes. I questioned why they continued to sell the same design with known defects. After sending the email and returning to the store, I was informed by a young Chinese lady, who appeared to be in charge, that I would have to wait a few days to receive the same design from another outlet. Ultimately, I received a replacement pair of shoes with a different material, noticeably different from the original pair I purchased. This exchange took place on March 16th, close to three weeks after my initial purchase.

Happened to be in the shop on Sunday, 14th Jan at 510pm. Temporary staff with blonde hair thinking I don’t understand mandarin passed remarks with her guy colleagues saying this Indian will only see and they won’t buy. Unfortunately I understand and speak Mandarin, keep your bigotry to yourself and maybe, learn how to be more civilised.

Bought a pair of shoe since 14 Dec 2022. Was told will be transfer from another outlet within 1 week. But no one call so I went to the store to ask. But was told will take 2-3 weeks instead of 1 week. Today I went to ask again but still says is not ready. And gave me a excuse saying actually the shoe came but was dirty so rejected and need to wait again. Do u think I will believe ? Since transfer from another outlet shouldn't it be check before send? Keep saying is your company procedure company policy company rules. I think u are breaking your company reputation by lying and cheating your customer for waiting without anyone following up despite I already went to your store for 2 time ,called no one picked up ,. In the end still wanna give me excuse and just wanna make me wait and wait and your only reply is we will call u after your shoe arrive.

Not a very big outlet. At the time of my visit the outlet was not busy either. I was the only customer. The male staff who attended to me was cheerful, friendly and very helpful. Currently they have a 25% discount for purchases of a hundred and thirty dollars and above. I have attached pictures of selections currently available at the store for reference. For exact size availability you may have to call or visit the store. Skechers products are decent and are value for money when bought with a promotion or at a discounted price.

Went to this Skechers on Wednesday, a friendly lady name Cahaya served me. She was very attentive and friendly. Recommended me which shoes and design I can take to suit me better. Tried the one she recommended and instantly fell in love with that pair of shoes! I’m writing this review to compliment the professionalism of Cahaya and how patience she was listening to my requests. Will definitely come back to this specific Skechers outlet to look for Cahaya again to buy more Skechers shoes. Once again, thank you Cahaya ☀️❤️

Chanced upon last day of 50% Off Friends and Family Sale for Skechers! Me and my friend snagged the Skechers Archfit Slip-Ons. Kudos to Staff Supervisor Fadhli and her female chinese colleague for braving through the onslaught of crowd. Good job for holding the front yet attending to the customers at such a high volume! Money well -spent! Will definitely return again when more deals come 💷

The sales ladies in ths Nex outlet were awesome!!! Quite a crowd during the time i was there but they were very attentive towards each and evey customer. Appericate the payment advices she gave and made suggestions. When getting the sizes for my shoes, they were patience and friendly still. Making me wanting to come back to this outlet once more.

Greetings is there, good services, good promotion from the staff that informed me and no hard sales from them which is good I like this kind of thing. I bought 3 items which is all at 50% off which eventually I save alot rather than you just bought 2 items that have a $50 off which is not really worth it. I will definitely come back to buy again as me n my mom are both skechers fan which we bought slippers and shoes, clothes maybe next time. Thank You once again for your warm service that the guy staff have served me and my mom very patient and helpful as well as recommended products like the shoe spray but I didn't take it as I don't think I needed at the moment. Thank You.

Bought the wrong size shoe for CNY for my daughter. Store manager went above and beyond to help me change the shoe size even before the store opened on CNY day 2. Great service. My daughter is very happy to have her CNY saved!

Great service by De En (salesperson) and Han (cashier). De En patiently served us as we tried several shoes and various sizes. He even offered to get new pairs of sandals though i didn’t ask for it. Han meticulously checked through all our 6 pairs of shoes/sandals to ensure every size is correct and advise us on best way to get the greatest discounts from their ongoing promotion. Had a very pleasant and happy experience at Skechers Nex.

Skechers is a great brand. Very reliable. Their running shoes are made with a collaboration with Goodyear tyres. The soles should last. I hate shoes whose soles wear out fast. I am reviewing this retail outlet because I liked the retail sales associate. Very smart answers and, more importantly, willing to share pros and cons and why eunning shoes are shaped differently etc. It's very rare to find.

The lady sales assistant is very patient to explain the $20 offer to me. And she close the deal. I am happy to walk away with a new pair of shoe plus 6 pairs of “free” socks.
