Good theater to watch movies. Late night and all through out the day. Quick response from the snack department as well. Orders food while watching the movie and they were very fast! Once there was an issue with the screen half way into the movie, the staff provided us with a free pass for a movie.

Not that big but enough to enjoy the movie. Don’t forget to bring long sleeve clothes tio warm you up during watching the movie.

Nice place to watch movies, located in NEX which is a great location. Tickets are easily purchased and the QR code allow access into the theatres. Great range of snacks besides the usual pop corns! Shaw’s Premiere theatre is here too! Relax at the Premiere lounge before going in and enjoy their great selection of food and drinks for the luxury viewing! Toilets for normal screening is huge and clean! Staffs are friendly too!

Don't buy their premier passes. So few movies to choose from, and the movies mostly "strictly no free pass" cannot use the tickets anyway. Buy liao waste time go there only to find out cannot use and get turned away only, then hold the pass until expire nothing good to watch. Staff also very inflexible and unhelpful. Tldr: their voucher useless one don't buy.

I like to watch movies at Shaw Theatres but this Shaw branch got lots of mosquitoes. 😂 Maybe it would be great to take this to a hygienic matter. …

Sara who sold my dad the senior citizen tickets is a true example of great service leader. Upon knowing my dad was there to buy the weekday seniors tickets, she recommended him the best seats so he doesn’t have to navigate the stairs in the dark. When the ticket was printed, she also highlighted and wrote the theatre and seat numbers bigger for my dad to see. If this doesn’t epitomize good service I don’t know what does. Good job Sara!

Shaw Theatres at NEX has been my go-to spot whenever I want to catch a movie without traveling too far. It’s conveniently located right inside the mall, just a short walk from Serangoon MRT, so getting there is a breeze. The cinema itself is clean and well-maintained, with comfortable seats and solid audio-visual quality. I’ve tried the Premiere Halls too—definitely worth it if you want to treat yourself. The recliner seats and blankets add a cozy, almost home-like vibe to the movie experience. It does get super crowded on weekends and during big releases, so I usually book online in advance or go during off-peak hours. Queue for snacks can get long, but that’s expected at most theatres. Overall, Shaw Theatres NEX gives a solid movie experience—nothing too fancy, but reliable and convenient with a premium option if you’re feeling bougie.

Prefer their blankets over GV. Service was nice n fried food was served warm. Popcorn was a little cold other then that was a nice n quiet movie time as there were only four people in premiere for the late afternoon showtime

Shaw Theatres got that classic cinema feel with a modern twist. Whether you're at Shaw House on Orchard Road or out in the East at Paya Lebar Quarter, the theatres are clean, comfy, and equipped with the latest tech. They even got Shaw Lumiere for that premium experience — think plush seats, gourmet snacks, and a more exclusive vibe. They screen all the big blockbusters — from superhero flicks to animated hits. Right now, you can catch "F1 The Movie" and "Ghost Train (Kor)" at multiple locations. Showtimes vary, so best check their website for the latest.

Staff at the snack counter was indifferent when told about inconsistent offering (what was displayed and what was actually sold). No acknowledgment at all. Hope this attitude isn’t the norm, especially with tough cinema competition.
