I am a regular cinephile who frequently comes to watch movie! I salute the young gentleman manning the counter who print out my ticket to watch the movie 'Smurfs' since I couldn't get my ticket from the self-order kiosk!

Stupid process. Why do you need me to queue at 1st counter to print out a ticket for my online purchase food, then join second Q to collect my food with the printed ticket???? Stupid process

Very bad experience. Went to watch movie at Premiere yet the staff forget to off the light that was shining on the screen, which blinded us due to reflection for the whole show. The seat was having issues too, can’t recline at all. Spend $35 to waste my time.
