1st time coming to this restaurant and no regrets trying it. Love ❤️ 😍 💖 the experience. I like all the food varieties. The vegestables are all fresh and prepared well presented in the counter. Meat are very tender and tastier with the soup too... so yummy 😋 😋😋. Highly recommended for family bring your kids too. Im sure, they will love the ice cream.

Excellent hotpot buffet! I came on three different days before deciding to write a review 📝 I like the pork collar and beef slices especially when I eat them with a tinge of rice 🍚 or noodles. Also, a few green leafy vegetables 🥬 a slice of carrot 🥕 and some mushrooms 🍄 will do the trick in enhancing the flavour of my tonkatsu soup. They provide some fibre and vitamins too so it’s a wholesome affair :) thanks Floven for receiving my payment quickly and her pleasant interaction. Overall ✅ am happy to chance upon this restaurant in NEX!

Tried hotpot 2 times , different outlets seem to have different foods ? Tampines had bamboo shoots , Nex don't have

Decent shabu shabu buffet. The normal buffet without wagyu, the normal beef pork n chicken meat already very nice.

Havent been to shabu sai since covid and decided to give the nex outlet a try for a weekday lunch. Love the new app feature where you can order your soup and meat etc from the qr code so that you dont have to wait for the staff to serve you. They have a countdown timer in the app and you can be well aware of the time you have to eat. The order are served by the robot and it's super cute and made the dining experience fun. Meat and veg are fresh. Love the condiments selection. You can opt for freeflow drinks and soft serve with a small fee topup. Recommend for cheap fuss free hotpot!
