Nice atmosphere. Friendly staff. Huge collection of books available. The best thing is any one can go and read books. No need membership for that. If someone need to borrow books, then only you have to take the membership. Sanitization is doing frequently. I would love to give more than 5 stars. Thank you SG for these facilities

Top floor of Nex mall(near Serangoon mrt), has a lot of open rooftop area outside. You can plan your shopping, walking with quiet reading time :)

This is where the librarians are seemingly more interested to inform members of the public not to doze off on the chairs or couches — rather than to advise noisier folks (i.e. loud-talking kids, old people on mobiles, chatty teenagers, etc.) to keep it quiet. Appears to be the trend in other local libraries. Two stars are for the otherwise well thought-out architecture and layout of the place.

Simply love our libraries. Got this book for my kids and they are loving it. We are now the watching Star Wars movies and read the book at the same time. It's very comprehensive and fascinating!

I really don't understand that this place can be called a "library" because it is almost the same as the decibel of FairPrice downstairs. There are a lot of rude children and laissez-faire parents, and the whole library is filled with children's shouts and footsteps and cries, which distracts those of us who really want to read and learn. It might as well be directly changed into a children's entertainment area, under the banner of the library without providing a suitable environment for people who love reading at all. This library is the noisiest one I have ever been to. If you really need a quiet environment to read and study, please do not choose this library. In addition, parents with children are advised: please take good care of your children, not everyone can tolerate their "beautiful children's voice" (if you don't want your child to be abused behind the back)
