Visited Samsung nex on 27 Jun. Patrick the staff, was very helpful and friendly. He explain patiently and assist in solving my samsung hp problem issue. Appreciated his kind service.

Very very good services... Buy a new phone at nex samsung here, the staff help transfer all my old phone data to my new Samsung phone. This is take 3hrs++ to done it and thanks so much Patrick help and patience will to help

Went to enquire about Galaxy Ring. Staff is clearly not educated at all - can't demo features, can't touch and feel the different colors offered, initially told me only compatible with Samsung (false), can't tell me what features are not available if not using Samsung phone. Other than being able to try the size, literally a total waste of trip.

I was excited to order a new S25+ for collection from this store. On day 4 my order was still stuck "on the way" so I went down to the store to ask. Turns out it arrived over 24 hours ago and no-one bothered to update my order. I hope I'll change my opinion once I open the box but at the moment I'm regretting not switching to Apple.
