Staff were professional and polite. DR Lim is very understanding and well versed. Of all the doctors that I have been to she is definitely one of the outstanding GP's in Singapore. She listens and is not judgemental unlike many other doctors. A pleasant experience at this clinic. Most clinics counter staff are rude and doctors fast to turn over. Not to be said here. They make you feel comfortable and assist you at best as they can. Thank you Dr Lim and Team.

Booked 8:30am health checkup appointment, arrived at 8:30am, and still had to wait for ONE WHOLE HOUR. Clarified with the nurse many times that I had an appointment but was just asked to wait. Only entered at 9:30am just to draw blood. Absolute nonsense appointment scheduling, what’s the point of scheduling an appointment if you are still going to make me take a queue number and wait? I’m confused on your processes. I will never visit nex raffles health medical again and will be sure to feedback to my company to consider a different health insurance provider.

First time visiting the Nex outlet had a very smooth experience. Made a same day appointment and had little wait time when I arrived. Receptionist was hospitable and the doctor was very knowledgeable and patient and took his time to answer any questions that I had. Happy with the service and experience given!

Front counter staff is attentive & polite. Able to react quickly when a patient who stepped on some glass came in for treatment. They quickly sat her down & attended to her

The 2 nurses at the counter truly have no sense of urgency. I saw a patient having a full blown allergic reaction and the amount of times they were told to "hold on" or "please wait" after she went in was just way too many as it is an Emergency case. Not to mention, how is that when her husband had to ask her an urgent question as he was asked to by the people attending to her case, he was told to wait because she needed to attend to another patient. Mind you, they needed the documents to proceed so that is just ridiculous. Please learn the difference and be better.

This review is only and solely for the wonderful DR DEREK LI who has been my family physician since 2019. Besides having excellent bedside manner, Dr Li is kind, compassionate and supportive. I am immensely grateful and thankful to Dr Li for his incomparable care for the past six years.

The clinic is too small especially when is crowded, wating time still no improvement but the service has improved since the last time I visited. Well done and keep it up!

The waiting time is horrible. Was told waiting time to be approximately 1hr for around 8 patients but they only manage to see 3 patients for an hr. It took around 2- 3hrs. Raffles medical pls consider to assign more doctors on duty for this outlet.

Staff was very accommodating to my health checkup needs and made arrangements for me to come after the usual time for health checkups. Greatly appreciate it
