My third visit after having chosen Raffles asy family physician... doing a follow up appointment for blood test this morning, review and vaccination Recep ignored me standing and waiting in front of them, and was extremely rude and unhelpful in response to my polite enquiry on how I should go about to register. Even after registering, the registered queue was incorrect, as there was no instructions on what I am supposed to select, for a blood test and vac. Will look for alternative service after this.

The service is very slow... Takes 30 mins to be called with just 1 patient ahead of you. Annnnd its takes another 30 mins to get your meds and pay. Cant imagine if its a busy timing.

Booked flu vaccine appointment with them (walk-in to book) one week advance All confirmed but last minute called me and told me no more vaccine, without giving any explanation why never reserved the vaccine despite confirmed booking. Not reliable service 👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼 will avoid at all cost

Is a long wait but the ladies (Jessie and 1 other)at the registration counter are very friendly and helpful. A special call-out for Hera , she so gentle in drawing the blood and ensure that you are feeling well in the process.

Doctor started seeing patients at 6.30pm sharp. Impressed by the punctuality. Keep it up!
