Food was great. Repeated visit from a different outlet. Friendly staff. Good to make reservations especially during peak hours.!

I visited Putien at NEX recently, around 8:20 PM. While the food was up to standard, the service was disappointing. We were served our food quite quickly, in about 15 mins. However, the overall experience was marred by poor service. There was a bowl of chili sauce on the table when we arrived, but after about 10 minutes of eating, the server took it away without asking. The other servers seemed inattentive, so my friend decides to get up instead and approach a staff member to request for some chili. Throughout the meal, the servers were busy cleaning up and were hard to get a hold of, which was strange since it wasn’t even 9 PM yet (I checked Google, and it said they close at 10 PM). No one came to refill my glass with water, and when we needed to take away our leftovers, my friend had to get up again and ask for that as well. It felt like the staff was more focused on wrapping up for the night rather than attending to diners. The food was really good, it was flavourful and fresh, but the lack of attention from the staff really impacted our experience. Additionally, after giving feedback about the service, the staff apologized and offered to make my glass of water "complimentary," which was honestly pretty baffling. We weren’t asking for a discount. what would’ve been more helpful was simply being asked if I want more water. It left us feeling confused and a little disappointed. I’m not sure if the cashier was being serious or trying to brush us off, but it certainly didn’t help improve the experience.

Just want to say thanks to Jenny for her excellent service. She was so attentive and got me a warm water immediately upon request. She even offer more water when she noticed I have finished my water. I will definitely come back again.

Thank you Tee Chai Hui from PUTIAN NEX for helping us make menu adjustments immediately when we needed dried lychee meat. The service was superb. When others didn't understand the lychee meat seasoning we needed, she immediately came to consult and helped me add it, making us feel needed. The service was very thoughtful.

Food was good, but not exceptionally so. The only dish that truly left an impression was the lychee sweet and sour pork—it was incredibly tender, soft, and flavorful. I would definitely go for seconds if cost wasn't a consideration. The staff were friendly and welcoming. Overall, a decent meal and good service.
