Zero stars for customer service. The cashier stood inside the counter and ordered customers to scan and pay themselves. This is your kind of customer service? It is better off purchasing from online stores.

Popular is the last resort when you need to make a purchase immediately. Staff likes to push responsibility to other staff when customers need enquiries. Staff doesn't know what is being sold in popular, I have to search the items myself. Tell me not being sold but I still found it. And everyone knows things there are overpriced.

One of the best stationary shops I have ever visited. They have got lot of stores across Singapore. Varieties of pens, pencils, files, folders, stickies and so on. Costly when compared to India. But you can’t compare the quality which is at its best. Staff were very warm and welcoming. Looking forward to visit again next time.

A very big bookstore and more.Obviously a great store with wide selections of stationary and story books at reasonable price.I like most about this Popular store is the well organized sections of books on display and other items.You can easily find the stuffs that you want as they are all indicated with big signage at every lane and items are shown with labels and price tags too.Not only books but they do sell home appliances and household items too.To cut off queue,there is self check-out counter for your conveniency.You won't get bored when you are in here as its like a all you need store for all ages.

A good store for stationaries, books, bags, standard IT gadgets. Writing tools, pens/pencils, artcrafts, colors for kids and adults. Kids would like to browse collections, items and books here. You can get some odd sized color flex sheets/boards and of course they provide carry case for A3 and sheets boards. Also, it can be an amusing time pass checking things out here.

really simple, efficient, and quick contact counter and items were relatively easy to find. store was a bit hard to reach as it was located in the upper levels, but it is still excellent for stationery and other goods and necessities
