I'm so upset by this, It wasn't moist at all and that it tasted like it had been sitting out for several days.

Terrible encounter with their service staff at Nex earlier today around 11:30am. The young man at the counter was completely disengaged and rude during the whole ordering process. To exemplify his rudeness, I told him my method of payment, people usually either acknowledge with an “ok” or some other form of acknowledgement. Totally no response and not even a nod of his head or eye contact. Which I would be fine with. But the icing on the cake came when I went home and I realised he put my chocolate eclair together with a puff, which is warm. So naturally the chocolate had melted. Bad/rude service is annoying but tolerable. But when it comes at the expense of affecting the product I think it’s grounds for complaint.

The cake sucks. Their staff service bad. So many cake shops in Nex. Dont even need to buy from them. They dont even bother to reply to review properly by simply copy paste the same few sentences. Their customer service really easy money to earn. Close down please, dont occupy and waste space there.

Similar to the previous reviews, i was greeted by a cold stern stare at the counter without any acknowledgement from the Chinese staff on duty. The only time I heard her voice was her reprimand when I asked if there was any discount with the NTUC link card. No apology from her as well when she forgot to pack one of the boxes into the bag. The company should really invest in service training and staff motivation for their staff if Polar wants to sustain in the long-run.

This cake was advertised for 2-4pax. It is barely the size of my palm! I regret ordering this online for my daughter's birthday. Management should not be cheating customers like this.
