A lot of hard sells, and trying to make me buy sessions when i already have credit. Told me i have fungus infection and tried to sell me this $128 fungus serum bcos i have fungus infection. To anyone who sees this post, see a licensed Doctor first or a specialist before buying any overpriced serum that is not medication. Otherwise, I do like their friendly staff and the design turn out nice

I would like to report your Nexa branch. I am a foreigner new to Singapore, a country known for its safety and high standards compared to others. Unfortunately, my experience at your shop has been disappointing. The staff at Nexa have been overcharging me significantly for services, and the service quality has been very poor. I urge you to address this matter promptly, or I will escalate the issue to CASE Singapore.

Had booked a mani and pedi, had to wait 20 mins although I was on time. The girl did an Awful paint job on my finger nails. The second coat of nail paint is jaggered near my cuticles. I can definitely do better w painting using my left hand. Plus the cuticles cut too deep till it hurts This is only day 2. Will likely wash It off asap. Don’t waste your time here. There is a lot of pressure to buy a package when I still have several sessions left. Too much hard selling ….. avoid at all costs. Won’t visit again

The nail service itself is passable, but the relentless hard-selling completely ruins the experience. From the moment I sat down, I felt more like a target than a customer. Instead of enjoying a relaxing session, all I could think about was how to fend off their endless sales pitches. It’s exhausting. What’s worse, I already have a package with them, yet every single visit, they pressure me to spend more. It’s clear they have zero regard for customer loyalty—only for squeezing out more money. My package includes gel removal, yet they still charged me extra just because another salon did my nails in between. Meanwhile, that other salon had the decency not to charge me for removing the work this salon did. That alone speaks volumes about where their priorities lie. And to top it off, at the end of my session, they had the nerve to ask if I wanted to buy another package. When I firmly declined, the staff mockingly repeated my “no” in the most condescending tone. Absolutely unprofessional and downright disrespectful. This was an awful, frustrating experience, and once my package is done, I will never set foot in this place again.

I have decided not return to sign up for any more packages, despite still having two remaining sessions. This decision comes after an unacceptable experience with one of the staff member just now. When I politely declined to sign up for a so-called "special offer" she was offering me—$300 for a gel pedicure plus treatment per session—she responded with a remark which now i think of it as rude and cursing. I had explained that I preferred to wait until December to consider any packages, as I will be travelling frequently for work and do not wish to commit now. In response, she remarked that the price would be $444 if i come back in December. While I initially brushed it off as a joke, upon reflection I found this comment rude and possibly sarcastic. In Chinese culture, the number 444 is regarded as extremely inauspicious, and referencing it in that way felt both disrespectful and unprofessional. This experience has left a very negative impression, and I’ve decided not to return—even with two sessions left.

Anna was very careful and thoughtful during the service. She had ensured that I was comfortable during the whole process and had ensured that no pain was felt during my ingrown toenail treatment. I am very pleased with the service and will definitely visit again! Ps: no photo of my toes because it's not a lovely sight

I really like the service here. Everyone was very nice and there was no hard sell. My nail tech did ask if I wanted a package but she was not pushy at all. Plus she was super attentive during the pedicure.

Tbh, their skills are decent, but they need to have better time management, and treat their members better. Usually at other outlets they will do the manicure and pedicure at the same time, but when i did mine, a walk-in customer came in front of me and they accepted her. So when my pedi finished then they did my mani, so it took me almost 2h.. Then when i came for soak off, i waited for a good 20min, and my gel mani was removed in 10min using a drill. Even though i flinched a bit when it gets a bit uncomfortable, she just continued on and did it quickly while standing up... the result was okay, but i wish she can be a bit more meticulous as it felt like she was rushing through it. Then there was more waiting after they are done with my "soak off" as they needed to wait for the outlet to send them the image of my package.. in this day and age, i think they need to digitise all these info so that all the outlets can access them immediately? I think they need to respect the customer's time and care more about customer's comfort. Hard selling. While i respect that their job is commission-based and the need to sell their packages, i think they are overdoing it. Two of them were literally just blocking me such that i can't get up from my seat and leave the place. They need to learn to accept rejections. Also on the nail colour choices, many of the options now require additional $. It felt like my choices were way lesser now compared to last time as i don't want to pay additional
