Was visited Nex Mall to get a new spec few days ago. Carmen was provided very good and professional service, it was so much fantastic shopping experience to me. Thank you for her patience and knowledge sharing.

Went today to get my specs adjusted as it did not fit right. Approach one of the female staff to ask whether she can help me adjust my frame but she seems unwilling with a black face and did not answer me. Then she send another colleague to assist me. Bad customer service from her. Did not manage to get her name. Owndays please retrain your staffs on how to treat customers, you should take a page from how Haidilao treat their customers. The guy that helped adjust my specs did a bad job at adjusting my specs too as the specs feels unbalanced and was rude and condescending with the demeanor of a hooligan. Didn't get his name but he wore a 2 tone Rolex Submariner if you want to identify him.

Helpful service with patient answers to our questions. It has a very wide range of spectacle frames, to fit anyone’s needs. It is well-designed with modern and pretty decorations. It provides good accommodations and uses the space well. Should visit!

Drop by today noon to adjust the spec, the lady at the counter very nice offered to change the nose pieces. The adjustment was very well done too. It's like a new spec now !
