The curry puffs are my favorite at this food store, which keeps me coming back despite the consistently RUDE cashier and poor service at the NEX branch every evening after work. A little more kindness would go a long way!

Worst service, the staff miss hearing my order, after I remind her nicely, she can roll her eye and said to me why I never said earlier, and raising her up her voice to me "what else!!! "and want to arguing with me..... what is this????!!! Even ture I want to add on more items after my order, I am add on your sales right??? Or your business alr so good till no need to care about to lose just 1 customer??? I don't get it what is this come from.......I think she need to take care her mental health.........

Probably one of the worst Old Chang Kee I have ever encountered. I bought the gyoza there and it was cold! The inside felt like the food had been out there for so long! When I went back, the lady nicely offered to swap out for me. Really nice of her. When I ate the fresher batch, yes it’s warm but the vegetables inside smelled raw 😩 Gave up, took what it is and walked on. A bit of a disappointment, OCK was supposed to be comfort food.

My 👧🏻 loves cheese hotdog so much, and my whole family loves mostly all of the varieties they have. Yesterday I was there to get cheese hotdogs for my 👧🏻 and redeem my rewards from the app, one aunty named ONG BING LEE was very very rude to me, the way she hand over my orders then when my app says redeemed and her computer haven’t received the payment she snatched the plastic bag and she continued talking in chinese. Really poor customer service.

I like the chicken wings they got ..but people who work here are in a hurry which nobody queuing..ask you to pay faster like they scared you dont pay..got nasty behaviour some more!poor service

The worst customer service happened to me today. I bought harsh brown with cheese. After paying at the cashier, I politely approach the Aunty (serving) if she can top up a little more. She get to refill, eagerly filling most of my cup and she rudely ask me is just this enough?! while staring to me.. I went back to complain.. good thing they replaced it. Ive been a customer for almost 5yrs here, I know the quality of service that most of them had provided. Just very dissappointed and felt discriminated at the same time. Hope this wont happened again.

Malaysian female staff was sooooo rude when i was waiting for the QR code to come out. Some counters at other f&b outlets have printed QR codes, while some have qr codes shown on their nets machines. Gave me the super rude face when i was placing my phone above the nets machine to wait for the qr code. After i informed her i was waiting for the digital qr code to appear, she rebutted " QR code 在这里你没有看到在这边meh?" With a super annoyed and sarcastic tone. Whats the difficulty in reminding customers when they appear lost?
