I really wanted to take the space here to thank December and her team (as well as the manager!) that helped me with my hair dye today.
I had dyed my hair at another NK store one week prior and had a less than ideal experience. As i heard great reviews about this store and their staff, I decided to come here and give this branch a shot.
Not only did they go above and beyond in saving my hair, giving me scalp and hair treatment knowing that my hair had went through alot over the last 2 weeks, the manager even decided to waive my session and gave me free samples of shampoo and conditioner!
I think the customer service here is top notch and would highly recommend this branch to everyone! Will definitely come back again! :)
