Jack is an amazing hairstylist! He really listens to what you want and gives great suggestions based on your hair type. The cut and styling were perfect – I left feeling confident and refreshed. Highly recommend him if you're looking for someone skilled, friendly, and professional! *Off on Thurs.

I have been using NK Hair Works for about 20 years and tried many different hairstylists at different outlets. This was the first time I had December (not sure if I spelt her name correctly) cut my hair. And this is the first time I am posting a review about hair services because I have met the best hairstylist. In terms of service, she is meticulous. In terms of skill, she was able to meet my expectation. She was very patient and was able to understand what I wanted and delivered the hairstyle I requested. On top of that, she also took a step further to teach me the proper way of using a hair dryer. I believe December is based in Nex Mall where I had my hair cut by her.

Great service from Will, the stylist. He did a great job in analyzing my hair condition and explained well in the type of hair treatment I needed. He also did a nice cut for my hair. His assistant, Ella was also very friendly and gave great service too. Overall very happy with my experience at NK hairworks NEX outlet.

I have been a loyal customer of NK Hairworks for more than 10 years. I always feel welcomed and comfortable upon stepping into the salon. Three of my recommended hairstylists is Ella, Will and Max. They are attentive and professional. Ella is always able to put a smile on my face with her cheerful demeanour. My locks are well taken care and I look amazing and fresh after the therapeutic session with NK Hairworks. Highly recommended.

Candy and Ella are the perfect duo! I always trust my hair with Candy - be it cut, colour, treatment types or styling, Candy never fails me. I have very challenging hair (thick, damaged, grey) and Candy manages it so well! Always makes me look so good and make my hair so easy to manage. When Candy is supported by Ella, it really makes my day! Ella is very attentive and I love it when she washes my hair esp after a hair colour - so clean and comfortable! Ella is someone who loves her job. Regardless of how busy she is, she always gives her best (at least that's my observation and experience). And always with positive energy! I live in the south but will travel to Nex to get my hair done. These 2 are really good. Highly recommended!

Had my hair color done at NK Hairworks by stylist Will. Generally, most stylists will seek opinion from the customers and then proceed with their recommendations. I think that is quite important because that is what makes the experience positive. Will did the same and I am pleased with his recommended colors. I also enjoyed the conversation. Lucky the staff are not too pushy in selling their products which I hope they remain this way. Overall, positive experience.

I love their service. Can you imagine they even have a laptop stand. Will’s cut is always so sleek and stylish. Ella is so sweet and attentive. The color dying is super professional. Price is reasonable with package too! Don’t need to many, 10 times cut/color package is good

I had an amazing experience getting my haircut with Max! He took the time to understand exactly what I wanted and delivered beyond my expectations. The attention to detail, precision, and styling advice were top-notch. My hair has never looked better! Max is not only a talented stylist but also super friendly and professional. I’ve been coming here for years, and they’ve never let me down. They always do an amazing job on my hair, and the overall experience is warm and welcoming. From the moment I sat down, the staff offered drinks and snacks and were incredibly patient with all my requests. My hair was done by December today — I always go to her when I want my hair done right. She’s brilliant and clearly very skilled at what she does. Nikku also worked on my hair today, and both of them made the experience so enjoyable. This has always been my go-to salon, and I can’t recommend it enough. If you’re thinking about trying it out, you definitely should — you’ll be in great hands.

I really wanted to take the space here to thank December and her team (as well as the manager!) that helped me with my hair dye today. I had dyed my hair at another NK store one week prior and had a less than ideal experience. As i heard great reviews about this store and their staff, I decided to come here and give this branch a shot. Not only did they go above and beyond in saving my hair, giving me scalp and hair treatment knowing that my hair had went through alot over the last 2 weeks, the manager even decided to waive my session and gave me free samples of shampoo and conditioner! I think the customer service here is top notch and would highly recommend this branch to everyone! Will definitely come back again! :)
