Had a family dinner at McDonald's NEX just last week. They were fast at preparing food. My son had accidentally spilled his iced milo and a kind staff approached to clean it up and even offered another cup! :D Very nice people indeed

Mr Khanthen from McDonald’s NEX is very impressive in his service to his customers. He is very customer centred and polite. He is not only efficient in getting the meals out, but when the restaurant is not so busy, he takes the time and trouble to approach his customers who seem lost. I was one of those Mr Khanthen approached and was glad that he did because I had some problems with my McDonald’s app and he solved the problem for me. Recently, on 6 of July, I redeemed a LycheeMcFrizz for 500 points. My points were deducted but I was informed by the staff that the drink I wanted was out of stock. I didn’t think much of it. The next day, however, I checked my points and my 500 points were still not returned. I approached Mr Khanthen and expressed my unhappiness to him. I informed him that I had written to McDonald’s. He informed me that the points will not be returned but because of Mr Khanthen’s outstanding customer service, he gave me a lychee mcfrizz to replace the one I didn’t get and for that, I am very grateful. Thank you, Mr Khanthen! Thanks also to Lin from McDonald’s customer service for your prompt reply to my queries. Thank you also for wanting to return my 500 points. You have assured me that McDonald’s is a very reliable company and that you care for your customers. 😘

Attn: Manager of Nex Mc Donald Date: 12/07/25, time: 4.35pm. Order ID: 9770. Order Chilicrab Chicken meal takeaway. Upon reaching home, when my son took the first bite he realised that it was Prawn patty instead. Contacted Nex Mc Donald and they got Jun Yang to resend the order to my place again. Upon receiving it, the meal was again incorrect and its Prawn patty again. Tried to make up to 100+ calls to Nex outlet but unable to get thru. Jun Yang took his initiative to take a public transport back to Nex (mind you, he has already clocked out of work) and got the right order and re-delivered to me again. By then it was already 8pm. Kudos to your team colleague and please ensure that he gets paid for solving your organisation issue.

Was waiting for the 4 sundaes but they directed me to the dessert kiosk and Jeronn was so friendly and meticulous even in the packing to ensure the lids were tight. Felt such warm service albeit it was a short one. 👍 Thank u! 🙏

I ordered a Mcspicy meal straight out of work. I understand there are lot of last minute order but how can you spend 30 minutes of preparing my order then just to forget the fries on my meal? It’s totally unacceptable. I didn’t even catch the last train and have to take taxi to get home because I have to wait 30mins and extra 4 mins because my order is different one according to the manager. Everyone else got their order ahead of time. You can check your cctv to see the scenario all of this just for an incomplete meal Mcdonalds NEX is so disappointing. Manager even told me that they were closing that’s why my order last one to be prepared come on. You know better. You shouldn’t tap your kds if you haven’t serve your customers their order fyi. Thanks

First time having meals here with my families. The branch is rather small, but, very conveniently located just beside the Serangoon bus interchange, just right for anyone who wants to get a quick fix. The main order area and dessert corner are separate. Orders were a breeze as there are many self service kiosks. To my surprise, the serving was very fast even though there were many customers during lunch peak hour. The only downside is that there is very limited seating here.

Very slow service. Waited 30mins for table service. They can’t meet up with crowd. Was told by manager no tomato. Dunno true or not..

Conveniently located in NEX but the service and attitude of the service staff at this outlet was terrible. First, they got our drink order wrong. Then when we went to get a refill of coffee at 10am, the pot was empty. It's a Sunday. We asked the uncle for a refill. He said: finish means finish lah. We asked the counter. They weren't happy to be told that the coffee pot was empty. After some time, they grudgingly filled it half full and handed it back to me. Then I found that the milk pot was also empty. By which time, I was just too fed up to say anything.

MacDonald Nex Rating 5 I Sylvia Ang known as Ang. Ley Kheng visited MacDonald Nex. I ordered egg beef prosperity burger. The burger. Is fillling. The coke is large size. The place is packed. The staff are busy. McDonald Nex Rating 5.5 Today had lunch Is, Sylvia Ang, known as Lay Kheng Ang at McDonald Nex. Had beef Samurai. The beef is soft & nice. Had upsize large ice lemon tea. Large size fresh with seaweed. It was a joyful meal. Will come again. Last night I, Sylvia Ang known as Lay Kheng Ang went to Macdonald's Nex for a snack. I had my dinner already. Had a strawberry sundae. It's a sweet nite. Followed by garden salad. Had an extra smile. Extra cheese & corn. An extra sesame salad. All a wonderful delicious dining experience. Staff with extra service earned Macdonald's Nex 5.5 rating.. I will be right back.

Ordered 2 large twister fries. Opened to find that the amount is less than half a potato and they are charging $5.30 per packet. When hinted to service staff that the quantity is ridiculous, just got a cold reply saying they are large.
