Today’s takeaway order for S$1 Americano placed from Hougang during morning peak, arriving after 7 bus stops yet coffee was still not ready. Counter was poorly manned, one server, Teresa, was busy serving while another staff in black T-shirt worked slowly and ignored customers. Unacceptable for McDonald's to run a promotion, take the money, but fail on basic service speed.

Ordered 2meals and received only 1fries. Couldnt refund on the app too. Not recommended to go during peak hours as staff are just rushing to give out orders and not checking properly.

Just now order take away Nuggets n curly fries and mineral water…. But when I reach home only discover they gave me a normal fries…. When they prepare order … they never see the order slip… just prepare and pack blindly….

I ordered a McSpicy burger with cheese but I got a McChicken burger? I don’t understand how you can put the sticker on the wrong packaging and actually serve it when the Mcspicy burger comes in a box.

For sure one of the most busy McDonald's as usual. With that i could still see them trying to service customers to their best, especially Shanthib, (i think he is the manager? Where a grey coat, different from others, we were hereon 23rd May 2025 20:17 pm) I see him walking around asking customers who are standing, if they could check their orders for them, ready to help when kids seems like they are having trouble. He got us a cup of water when he saw one of us didn't order drinks, very attentive to the customers as i said.
