I just wanna reset my internet banking and close the account. Right now my queue number 3822 and supposedly there should be only 7 persons in front of me but the queue numbers kept going to other queues and I've waited 1hr plus as of now....still waiting ... Update it's already 3hrs of waiting .....

Where should be the start of the queue? If you come by train, you will see the red sign. Very unclear. Should have clear sign or customer service agent to direct. Bad!

When to Serangoon Nex Maybank.Terrible customer service said queue line stop need to come back another 45mins to get queue no. Ask if back 45 mins get Q no how long need to wait, was told that around 2hrs+. Saw staff busy on their personal phones at the counter instead of serving customers. Also there is not much ppls but front counter told me that lots of ppls waiting 🤦 Maybe she see 👻 It’s unfair to the customers when this so called bank policy is not stated online or in any of their T&Cs. Pls upgrade your service. If can give Zero on review I'll give

Waiting forever to get my cash withdrawal. Not friendly with time deposit operation at all!! Until I couldn't wait.anymore, I asked the counter and realized the lady sales rep never passed my withdrawal request to the counter probably because I decided not to join the link investment program
