I came into the shop for some light shopping and spotted a pair of stud earrings that would really suit my elderly mum. We ran into some trouble trying to remove her old stud earrings, which had been her daily wear for many decades.
Linda was so professional and kind in handling my mum’s senior temperament. She gently distracted my mum from what we had been struggling to do for the past 15 minutes. My mum warmed up to her almost immediately, and I’m so grateful for Linda’s patience and care in removing the stuck earrings with such compassion.
This purchase felt truly worth it, not just because of the beautiful new earrings, but because someone genuinely cared. Linda wasn’t even the salesperson who closed the sale. She stepped in purely out of concern that leaving the old studs on any longer could cause damage to my mum’s skin.

I had pawn my jewellery here last year . I was really upset with their service. Yes , I received letter of forfeiture which dated on the 03 Jan 2025 . For me , I'm not that type everyday check my email . Just today only I checked my email and realize that date was expired. My question is why didn't anyone give me a call just like a reminder right . Before anything done to my jewellery. It was my mother's gift ..and i was really upset with your service provided. In the further I would like thrice before step in your shop.
