From 22/7/2024, i go for Bugis Junction MAC… i have appointment with make up Jocelyn, after that she done my make up I'm was very surprise and loving it… after this year on 11/3/2025, i have a party to attend i call to Bugis Junction to find Jocelyn again, her colleague was tell me she was transfer to Nex Seranggon… I'm was immediately make appointment with her, she still remember me! When i reach the Nex outlet… her service is very goof and be pressure for me, Thanks you Jocelyn, she make me very happy and pretty !

Jocelyn is a very approachable lady. Her friendliness can be felt the moment you step in the store.
It is Black Friday and I have a last minute request from my mother to have a make up done for the wedding dinner we are attending.
I am aware that all make up stores do no offer make up service. I brought my own make up and already prepared to do it for my mum but I didn’t have the right shade of foundation for her.
Having in mind to get the right shade foundation for her with the help of a make up artist would expedite the process of me looking for 1 and having professional help and advice was what I’m looking for too.
Jocelyn was very kind enough to help me out the process and she inform me in advance that if the store is busy later on she have to step out the process. I totally understand and appreciate her help .
Throughout the process of putting the correct base for my mum is very comfortable, friendly and no pressure on our-side. I like the shade Jocelyn have choose for my mum and also she takes feedback from customers very well.
She is also very respectful about customer’s feedback and suggestions which makes the whole process very delightful.
I proceed to purchase the foundation and concealer for my mum. Her base stayed on nicely and she is happy throughout the night.
