I went to the outlet to sign up for a new home broadband line, Ms Mon Leong helped me with it. She was fantastic - very helpful, pleasant and gave good advice on the package and router to go for. Would highly recommend her!

Ms Size Yen Ling and Mr Kelvin attended to us. Mr Kelvin helped us set up our new phones and Ms Size Yen Ling helped to explain how I will save more with the new plan and was well-versed with all the phone types and the promotions. Administration matters were seamless too. Thank you for the exceptional service.

Would like to express my gratitude to Mr Johnny Huang for being for extremely patience with my kids and I today. Spent so much time explaining, making sure that I understand what I am paying for and such. Also helped me to save money by recommending to recon my fibre since my contract is up. Went extra miles to help us with transferring data from old to new phones. M1 should really use him as an example to train other staffs. Would like like to thank Ms Mon Leong for assisting me. Had to settle several Phones in my family and Manny was patient and helpful- thankful to have been assigned to him. Great service. Many years with M1 because of great service - please always have physical M1 shops!
