You’d better hope you don’t arrive when three people want ear piercings. One person on a public holiday and we had to wait 25 minutes. She would bot quickly check someone out between people. It can’t be a glove/clean hand issue because I would really hope they change them anyway between people.

Thank you Rachel for the safe n clean ear piercing experience. I do not wish to post my picture as I don't wish to disclose My face to public but the piercing was perfectly done. I recommend the manager Rachel as her service was good.

I did my first helix piercing with Ms Diyana. She did a fabulous job,despite having fears and etc,she did it effortlessly and without much pain..definitely a reccomended place for my next piercing.

i think it’s a good place to get your ears pierced here as they would ask u questions to make u comfortable for your visit, diyana pierced my ears. The customer service is nice and the employees are friendly too!!

Service is ok but no efforts of going extra miles due to the protocol of the management . I bought 17 pairs of earrings, I asked for extras tissue wrapper so I can wrap it individually but the service staff said maximum 3 pieces. In the end I asked for zip lock bags which I saw so many on the counter. She try to squeeze some earrings into 1 zip lock bag, I stopped her because that may damage. I said I will put the earrings into the ziplock bag 1 by1. I guess the initiative is not there. In the end she didn’t give me any of the tissue wrapper . I bought weepers from daiso !

Reyln Was very well professional and kind. She pierced my nose and she did it so smoothly and it was painless. Im impressed and I feel very comfortable with her

Bad service. Only 1 staff doing both piercing and manning the cashier counter counter. While doing the piercing, the lady on duty do not bother telling customer that she needs some time to do the piercing for another customer. I and another lady waited for her for 10 minutes and she is still not done. When I asked her how long more she would take, she gave a black face, rolled her eyes and did not even feel apologetic. I feel that a better attitude staff should be there even though we understand that she is the only person tending the shop. Hope this can be improved. I was there at 5pm at this outlet, the staff on duty could approach the situation better.

bought a pair of earrings, attendant gave me reassurance that they were safe to wear and kindly provided me with alcohol wipes just in case

I recently got my ears pierced at this outlet, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience! The service was exceptional—everyone was incredibly friendly and professional. The piercing process was surprisingly painless, and I felt completely at ease thanks to the knowledgeable staff. I highly recommend Lovisa for anyone considering ear piercing! They also have a lot pretty accessories!

Did a double helix piercing with Ms Rachel. She was very patient through the process and telling me how to care for the piercings after. Ms Rachel was very professional yet friendly making me feel less nervous during my piercing. She was also able to suggest various way I could style my ear stacks with the different lovisa earrings. Great service! 😍😍
