We had a wonderful experience selecting our wedding bands at Lee Hwa (NEX Branch). Kim was especially helpful, guiding us patiently and knowledgeably throughout the process. We also truly appreciated the assistance from Gary and Xiao Ting, who made the entire journey even more enjoyable. Highly recommended – the team really knows how to suggest the perfect pieces based on your preferences, making the whole experience smooth and memorable.

Was assisted by Kim for our purchase, she was patient with our questions and not pushy at all. Both my girlfriend and myself felt comfortable throughout the process, as Kim offered professional views on the options available. She even offered to transfer another diamond from other stores for our viewing without any commitment or obligation. We made the purchase on our second visit after seeing the stone that was brought to Nex just for our viewing. Both my girlfriend and I was very satisfied with the experience at Lee Hwa @ Nex and the service provided by Kim. We would be back for our wedding bands in the near future!

Had good experiences with this shop in the past. Unfortunately, my recent visit was very disappointing due to the poor attitude of Calvin, whose manner was dismissive and disrespectful.
