I consulted Miss Zhao, TCM physician for the 3rd time at KIN TECK TONG (NEX) on 20 Dec 2024. After my previous 2 acupuncture treatments by her, coupled with taking the medicine prescribed by her, my medical condition has improved significantly. Today after another acupuncture treatment, I felt I have almost fully recovered. I am very impressed with Miss Zhao's TCM immaculate skills and her ability to offer the appropriate treatment for my condition that resulted in a speedy recovery. Really appreciate Miss Zhao's help in my speedy progress to recovery.

*Massage session* •Worst Massage experience I had ever received!! •She started wz Asking friendly question n Question & talking n Talking....all thru out massage of 60mins. •There is NO STEPS nor Sequences in her strokes. •Bcz,she was talking....she hardly deliver any Efforts into break my Muscles-Knots,Transporting the Fluids towards the direction of our body draining system. •I came for a sore muscle and I went home with the same sore muscle. •混口饭吃 I think this is what I experienced with this Massage Therapist. •Now I will not trust Kin Teck Tong. •Having charged $95 is a very Hi-End-Expensive service for a 60mins massages. And this is that kind of assurance I get from. •I would had expected a Professional TCM way of Massage approach such as: Meridian & Pressure Points, Deep tissues manoeuvre in order to help transport away the sore muscles and the fluids that is over produced resulted by inflammation...etc. •People pls stay far far far away from them.

Sophia is my therapist and I’ve had several sessions with her. It’s amazing how she identifies my issues and would put in extra attention to really get down to the root problems. I would usually get headaches after neck and head massages and Sophia would take the time to explain the possible reasons. After a couple of sessions, I can feel the positive impact of the treatment and the headaches have significantly reduced. The frontline crew has also been extremely polite and efficient in dealing with their busy schedules. An amazing team. Thank you for taking care of us.

Xiao Yun is very good at treating my pain. She is very spot on in identifying the area of my pain and after 2 to 3 treatment, the pain are mostly gone. The environment is very clean and glam. The front counter staffs are also very friendly.

NG LAI FAN is my physician. I am having face paralysis. Surprisingly, a lot of improvement is seen in just three weeks, after 6 sessions of acupuncture and tuina massage. I was prescribed some TCM medicines too. I am happy with the treatment given and the caring physician together with the kind staffs.
