Writing this review just to compliment the staff at this Nex outlet. Very friendly and organised! Thank you for the great service. Noticed this when I was queuing for the Mofusand plushie keychain last time. During that event, they were systematic with the constant counting of those in line, and giving out the queue tickets only when the store officially opened.

super slow service , I waiting for 20 min just to be told “ someone took your order” but my order still Showed preparing.. food came in a dirt and disgusting packet

Chilli crab burger was great, staff was really friendly and food was great overall 👍🏻

Bought set of 6 egg tarts. Only one is well baked, the rest are half baked, the custards are still pale yellow, look nothing like Portuguese egg tarts. The base of crust is still soft. Only discovered this after I open reach home else I would have request for exchange.
